By ordering from The Mellowland, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set up below. We may change these terms from time to time without prior notice. Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change
without prior notice. However the changes will only be applied to the
subsequent orders. Your order before the changes will not be affected.

Payment can be made via direct debit or cash on delivery (only applicable in Melbourne and Adelaide) only.
3.0 Delivery
We deliver our goods through shipment or cash on delivery.
Refer to SHIPPING & COD for more information. Items will be dispatched the next business day. We are not liable of goods lost during deliver. Please choose the appropriate postage method to ensure peace of mind.
4.0 Returns and refund policy
We always check the condition of our goods before posting it out and make sure that it is well-packaged when deliver. However, sometimes there might be some unforseeable issues arise.
5.0 Privacy Policy
We will ensure that your information is safe and will not release it to third party without your concern.
6.0 Limitation of liability
We strive to provide the best service delivering the goods in good conditions and to provide as much relevant information as possible to you. Information is provided as accurately as possible. However, we do not hold liability for unavailable or misstated information and terms.

1.0 Ordering
- All the prices stated in this website are in Australian Dollar and inclusive of GST.
- Please place your order by filling in the order form. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an invoice through e-mail regarding the order and payment details latest the next business day*. Your ordered item(s) will be dispatched the next business day* after the payment is received. Once the order is dispatched, no changes can be made.
- We reserve the right to sadly reject your order if there is any unforseen circumstance, such as goods out of stock or payment is not authorised. We will contact you immediately regarding the problem.
2.0 Payment
Payment can be made via direct debit or cash on delivery (only applicable in Melbourne and Adelaide) only.
- Direct debit account details will be provided together with the invoice. Please state your invoice number in the message/ description of the transaction. Payment should be made within 1 business day*. Please allow 2 business days* for payment to be cleared by the banks. We will send a confirmation on receipt of the fund through e-mail.We do not hold any responsibility in case of any error occurred during the fund transfer. In case of problem arising from fund transfer, please contact you bank regarding the problem. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery due to the issue.
- Cash on delivery is available at Melbourne CBD and Adelaide CBD. However, it is only available at Adelaide from time to time. No postage charges for cash on delivery order, you only pay for the selling price. Please discuss further details with us if you would like to use this option.
3.0 Delivery
We deliver our goods through shipment or cash on delivery.

- Cash on delivery is available at Melbourne CBD and Adelaide CBD. However, it is only available at Adelaide from time to time. The exact period it is available is regularly updated at SHIPPING & COD. Please discuss further details with us if you would like to use this option.
4.0 Returns and refund policy
We always check the condition of our goods before posting it out and make sure that it is well-packaged when deliver. However, sometimes there might be some unforseeable issues arise.
- If the goods were having manufacturing faults, please do contact us immediately with as much details as possible. We might be able to arrange for a replacement or credit the amount either to your bank account or store credit. However, cost of return postage and additional charges incurred by the bank transaction will be borne by you.
- If it is due to change of mind, we will be able to provide store credit for your next purchase. Cost of return postage for the goods will be paid by you. All items have to be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for change of mind return.
- If you found that the goods were damaged in transit, we will definitely provide as much help as we could but we are not responsible on this issue.
- All sales items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- All items requesting for return or refund should be lodge with us within one week of receipt.
- All returns of goods have to be received by us within 7 business days* after posting.
- We are not liable of goods lost during deliver. Please choose the appropriate postage method to ensure peace of mind.
